a month agoPoor, non-existing PRO. I’ve tried to phone Leeroy at least 5 times the last 2 days to book an appointment for a Shimano switch installation on my bike. Every time someone says that he’ll phone back, but nothing. Also e-mailed , again no response. Somehow he lost the customer focus.
