4 months agoAn absolute gem and the perfect post run reward. Their coffee has been consistently excellent, with rich flavors and perfect brews every time. My go-to is a flat white, but they have an assortment of beverage options. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming. Shaded seating available. Friendly staff and great service round out the experience. Highly recommended for coffee lovers!

a year agoWhat a wonderful stop! On our walk across the Umhlanga Rocks Pier we stopped here for coffee!! What a wonderful experience with my daughter....she enjoyed the yummy babychino and chocolate croissant and I had a tasty cappuccino!

4 months agoBeen trying and giving it a go for years and finally will give it up. Everytime the coffee tastes burnt and sour with alternative milk , not sure what it’s like with normal milk. But the bean is subpar flavor. Definitely NOT anywhere close to the best coffee in Durban.

4 months agoThe size and quality of the drinks was terrible. The prices were ridiculous for what you get. Service was quick at least. Would not recommend unless you are dying of thirst after a long walk on the promenade.

a year agoIt's possible that people get caught up in the "hype" of this spot. If 10 was coffee scientist and 1 was 'couldnt tell the difference between instant and bean coffee' then I'd say I'm about a 7.8 - My unbiased review is as follows;Delicious complimentary oat crunchy! Friendly service, well priced coffee (as some spots really rip the consumer off). However, I found the coffee to be lacking in depth and a bit too much on the acidic side of life. Perhaps DD will look into offering a second bean option, in the near future.
