I had an incredibly easy and fast rental experience. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they responded immediately to every question I had during the rental process. On top of that, the Ferrari California was absolutely amazing. Exploring Cape Town’s stunning scenery in such a car was a priceless experience. An Honest Thank You to Marina Masha and the Wiggle TeamWe spent our honeymoon in Cape Town this past June, and I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with Wiggle and particularly Marina Masha, who coordinated everything for us.Marina handled all our arrangements with such ease and warmth - from sorting out our car rentals (we had both a Range Rover Defender and a Porsche Boxster, which made exploring the peninsula an absolute joy) to booking experiences we'll never forget. She arranged a lovely massage and dinner at the Twelve Apostles, organised a helicopter tour that gave us the most incredible views of the city, and her restaurant suggestions were all spot on - every single one was lovely.One of her recommendations that really stands out was Babylonstoren. What a find. Marina told us about this farm with such enthusiasm, and it ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our trip - so much so that we went twice during our short stay. We would have completely missed this gem without her local knowledge.What really stood out was Marina's sweet and friendly nature. She just "got" what we were looking for and went about making it happen with such genuine care. Nothing felt transactional - it was like having a friend show you their beloved city.We also had the pleasure of meeting the Wiggle team, including the owner, who was wonderfully accommodating and took the time to ensure everything was perfect for us. The rest of the crew was unmistakably professional and courteous. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with every single person at Wiggle.The whole experience was so wonderful that we're already planning to return at the end of 2026, this time with some of our friends and family in tow. We want them to experience Cape Town the way Marina and the Wiggle team showed it to us.If you're heading to Cape Town and want people who genuinely care about making your trip special, I can't recommend Marina and Wiggle enough. This was my second time renting from Wiggle Car Rental and once again I couldn’t be happier. I rented the Defender, which was in excellent condition and such a pleasure to drive around Cape Town. We hired two cars from them during our stay in Cape Town. They even arranged an additional car to transport our luggage which was too much to fit into our cars. Their personal attention and service is excellent. Would highly recommend them. Marina has been a huge help.
