Pruim exceeded all expectations! We had an uncertain arrival time, but were greeted with smiles and a refreshing iced water. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is excellent, and the food was outstanding. While the burgers looked amazing, I followed the chef’s recommendation and had the best chicken livers ever. Highly recommend!

It’s the first time I’ve ever posted a review while I’m having breakfast. The Smoked salmon rosti was sooooo good I had to write this immediately. Delightful service, the tea even came in nice China. Excellent!

This is a wonderful restaurant in the most picturesque little town. If you go through De Rust, take a leisurely drive through the Meiringskloof pass. Between good dining and beautiful drive, it's a wonderful day out.

An unplanned lunch stop turned into something we can’t stop raving about. We took a leisurely stroll down the main road and wanted to grab a takeaway coffee before heading to the next stop but the friendly waiter and contemporary decor invited us into the back garden. Wanting to try something lite to not spoil dinner we settled on the pot pie of the day. I’m still struggling to find the words to describe the rich homely flavours. So we opted to rather change our route home to stop here again and pick up something for the road.

Love the atmosphere of this lovely small town restaurant. Such a wonderful warm welcome, staff was amazing with excellent service and wonderful food. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back there.
