We had the pleasure of being with King Julian (not the one from Madagascar) and Steph.(Stephan not Stephanie)Professional men with high regard to safety. All the while they did also keep it fun and light hearted.Would recommend anyone to go. There were a couple of low and high jumps. Also a zip line ending.

Puna, Warren and Essie (reception), along with the rest of the team were stars. Very professional and warm and they prioritised safety. They guided me well through the journey and assisted me as I’m not a strong swimmer. We did abseiling 2x, some jumps, 1 zipline and a bit of a climb. The canyon views are stunning and the water felt just right. The photos are also quite affordable at R220.Be sure to arrive 1 hour beforehand.

Africanyon was by far my favorite experience on the Garden Route. Our guides were Darren and Steph and they were fantastic! Not only did they provide clear directions and ensure our safety... They also provided a lot of encouragement when someone was nervous, and they were cracking jokes and entertaining us the whole way. They also got great photos/video for us. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, it was so much fun.

Such a beautiful canyon! We had a wonderful time canyoning with Darren and Puna. Exciting enough for adrenaline junkies like us, but also safe and well paced for the less adventurous crowd. Remember to tip your guides, they work hard to keep you safe.
