Nothando Backpackers Lodge features a garden, shared lounge area and fireplace for BBQs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The rooms all come with garden views, heating and tea-and-coffee making facilities. Some include a private bathroom, and other rooms have access to a shared bathroom.
Guests are free to use the shared kitchen, lounge, bar and BBQ facilities. There is also a tour desk and transport service to a number of adventure activities such as Monkeyland and Face Adrenalin bungy jump bridge.
Nothando Backpackers Lodge is located only 500 meters from the Plettenberg Bay Central Business District, and 1 km from the Birds of Eden aviary. Plettenberg Bay Airport is 8 km away.

2 weeks agoWhat a lovely hostel! Would definitly recommend Nothandos! Special thanks to Tim for explaining everything about Plett and bringing such a chill and great vibe to the hostel! It‘s just a perfect stay! Great dorm, bathroom, kitchen, coffee, in and outdoor chill area! Even I was there while off season it was still lively and with all of the instruments, books and stones you can paint there is definitly always something to do! There is a small „mini bar“ with drinks and stuff and it is based on trust! Love the concept! Ended up to extend my stay! Would recommend it a 100% great place, great vibes! - Sarah and Seraina :)

a month agoThis is _the_ place to stay at. Both rooms and the common area are very clean, comfy and full of content and soul. The location is very central. But the best part of it are Tim and Vinnie which have made my stay very fun and friendly. Tim is a great host and he welcomed us with open hands and such a stand up guy. Vinnie is also very chill and helpful. Thank you guys❤️

3 months agoI'm very happy with my stay and I would return. I stayed in a private room: it was clean, quiet and I had access to everything I needed. I loved hot water bottles provided :) Lodge is located in the city centre, close to the restaurants, around 15 min walk to the beach. I felt all the time safe. What I loved the most was the staff - they made me feel like a guest not just a visitor.

2 months agoOur host was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and well stocked. The Backpackers is well located and an easy walk into town! Definitely recommend it
