a month agoWe booked a trip with AfriCanyon River Adventures for July 2025. We didn't know what to expect with it being winter and COLD, but wow we had an amazing time. From rappelling, ziplining, and swimming through the canyon, every moment was EPIC. Our guides Steph and Darren were hilarious and focused on safety. We felt safe every step of the way - especially so after 2.5 weeks of adventure activities - this was the MOST professional team we came across in our time in Southern Africa. Throughout our entire trip, we had a great time with the guides - they were professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was probably the best activity we did on the trip (including safaris, white water rafting, Angel's Pool, shark cage diving, and paragliding), and we hope to do it again in the future! We would highly recommend this specific company and tour.

a month agoIt was an amazing experience. My wife and I had so much fun. It was not a sunny day and not really warm but they gave us two wetsuits and it was enough to not be cold. The best part was the two guides Puna and Tebz ! They were so fun and full of energy ! They know what they’re doing ! You’ll be safe in their hands.

a month agoWe went on an adventure during the day, and we were lucky to have Darren and Steph with us. They were incredibly supportive and made the whole experience feel safe and comfortable. Their energy was so positive and uplifting, and they truly went out of their way to help us. We really appreciated their presence it wouldn’t have been the same without them!If you ever plan on doing something similar, make sure you go with these two Darren and Steph are honestly the best!

a month agoWe did Africanyon for our honeymoon in July 2025 and it was amazing. A special thanks to Puna and King Julian for making our Canyoning trip so incredibly enjoyable. We were the only people on the trip owing to it being winter and a bit colder but they didn't cancel and they kept the fun going throughout whilst making sure we were always safe. It was one of our highlights. Thank you Africanyon!

a year agoAfricanyon was by far my favorite experience on the Garden Route. Our guides were Darren and Steph and they were fantastic! Not only did they provide clear directions and ensure our safety... They also provided a lot of encouragement when someone was nervous, and they were cracking jokes and entertaining us the whole way. They also got great photos/video for us. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, it was so much fun.
