I recently purchased a Trek Top Fuel from Biket, and Leroy has been outstanding throughout the process! I placed my order and paid on Wednesday, and by Friday, the bike had already arrived in Cape Town. I only had to attach the handlebars to the frame; everything else was perfectly assembled. The bike was flawless, requiring no extra adjustments. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about ordering such a costly item online, but I was genuinely impressed by their excellent service and top-notch quality! They normally have the widest variety of stock and the best deals.

Great shop and bunch of people. Good communication and feedback. They went the extra mile for a bike for my boy. They did a happy birthday board for him and everything - he was SO chuffed to see his name on the surprise bike! Second bike I bought from them. I trust them fully with new purchases and paid in full, bike unseen. I have not made use of the workshop as yet but they built up both bikes and they ran well from the get go.
