Coffee is great as usual but the fluffy pancakes wasn’t up to spec with the other Bootleggers. They were overcooked and has a thick crust I struggled to even cut them with a steak knife. They are supposed to be like white and fluffy not yellow and hard.

A below average experience this morning, food took way too long to arrive in a venue at less than 50% full. Tables and menus were dirty (food particles), windows dirty, broken lights, and hot food served on cold plates. Management needs to focus on improving the overall experience. Food was good but lack of interest from staff/supervisor means i won't be going back anytime soon

Never bothered to go into this restaurant because it always seemed to busy. However after trying it on sunday I'm extremely impressed by this coffee shop. The place might be busy but there was no absence of waiters and staff, the service was excellent and the recommendations even more so. The food as you can see ranges from poached eggs to lovely pancakes. This is the perfect place for brunch or breakfast. I have long since eaten at a place that impressed me this much, especially when it came to the quantity and quality of food. I will be returning on Sundays from now on to enjoy the coffee and pancakes.

Coffee is good and we enjoyed the Omega Smash. The sweet potato fries were fresh and the right level of crispy. We also tried the classic oats but didn’t enjoy it, too much cinnamon.

I generally enjoy the Bootlegger franchise, however this visit was very disappointing. We waited approximately an hour and a half for our food, and when it arrived it was cold. Condiments that were initially requested were not provided, and we had to get them ourselves. Additional items ordered did not arrive with the meal, and we were only informed midway through eating that they were still coming. The eggs were also undercooked. Overall, it was a poor experience, which was particularly disappointing given our previous positive experiences with the franchise.
