This new beef range comes from animals raised on a nearby farm, to provide access to premium beef that is not as lean as our usual Bramleigh Grass-Finished beef. Ideal for those looking to increase their fat to meat ratio in their diet.

Raised on grass and finished on grain in an open-range, these animals offer a thicker fat cover which gives this meat tremendous flavour.

Dry aged for a minimum of 14 days for optimal tenderness

Pasture Raised Chicken
Pasture Raised Chickens are considered “Beyond Free Range”, producing a nutrient dense meat loaded with vitamins from being raised outdoors.

Our chickens are raised in spacious pens that are moved every day to new grass providing fresh and varied forage, hygienic living conditions, new dirt bathing opportunities while also spreading fertility across the pastures to improve forage for the next visit by the chickens.

Their diet of sunshine and bugs is supplemented with a medication and hormone free feed.

Pasture Raised Eggs
Happy hens produce delicious golden yolked, nutrient dense eggs including higher Omega 3 and Vitamins D & E.

Our hens are raised outdoors with mobile shelters that are moved every couple of days to new areas of pasture. This creates hygienic living conditions for the hens, provides fresh and varied forage, while also distributing fertility across our pastures to build topsoil and improved forage for the next visit by the hens.

The hens have unrestricted access to the outdoors so they can fully express their natural behaviours, including scratching and dirt bathing. We supplement their diet of bugs and sunshine with a 100% medication and hormone free feed.
