Breede View is a self-catering holiday home located in Witsand, a quaint village situated at the mouth of the Breede River in the Western Cape. It is known for having the highest concentration of Southern Right Whales on the South African coast, and offers 4 km of white sandy beaches, magnificent Cape fynbos, birdlife and a myriad of water sports including kite surfing.

The house can accommodate up to 11 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom which is upstairs contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds, while the fifth bedroom contains a bunk bed and a single bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has fabulous views over the Breede River, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a smart TV. The unit also has Wi-Fi with back-up battery system and light bulbs in case of loadshedding. There is ample, street parking available, enough for 2 cars and a boat.

There is a ping pong table and two braai areas. This house is located in a quiet street, not far from the Witsand Nature Reserve and a public jetty for fishing from or launching a boat.
