Ella S Pieters Attorneys brings more than two decades of dedicated legal experience to clients across the Western Cape and Free State. Ella completed her B.Iuris, LL.B, and LL.M degrees at the University of the Free State before gaining valuable experience as an in-house legal advisor. Following her passion for courtroom advocacy, she enrolled in the National Prosecuting Authority’s Aspirant Prosecutor Programme, where she excelled and was selected to run a single-prosecutor station. This role provided comprehensive experience in criminal court proceedings, domestic violence applications, inquests, maintenance matters, traffic court, mediation, as well as exposure to community projects. Established in 2005 in Brandfort, Free State, the firm later expanded with a Western Cape branch office to better serve coastal clients. In December 2023, Ella entered into a strategic association with Dekker Attorneys in Mossel Bay, strengthening our ability to serve the Garden Route community.
