3 years agoI'm a new client of ferris. Bought my first farrari. I'm a huge supporter of good service. I unfortunately had a un planned unfortunate failure of my vehicle 15 min into collecting her. Yes it was at the time completely frustrating and extremely upsetting. But Paul handled me and the collection of my vehicle extremely well. My vehicle was taken for a examination and turned out there was more wrong than anyone planned for. I am happy to say Paul stepped up and honored and paid for all there repairs and work needed. It's been roughly a month since her failure and parts had to come from Italy. I'm glad to say they have arrived and the build can be completed. I'm sure this unfortunate situation could have gone horrible south. But I do believe it happened for a reason and Ill be better off knowing my vehicle will be 100 % when I get her back. Thank you Paul for your excellent service and after sale service Not the start anyone wants when purchasing a vehicle but rest assured you will be at the right place purchasing your next dream vehicle as you will be looked after very well. Can't wait to get behind the wheel and enjoy my car. Looking forward to a long relationship. 🤝

2 years agoReview from an incredibly satisfied client (seller)This was my fourth Ferrari transaction through Ferris and the whole process was professionally handled with efficiency, transparency, respect and truly felt like a collaborative effort with my best interests at all times being central to everything.I think for most people, buying or selling a Ferrari is a decision that is not taken lightly and we all understand that it carries some risks if not partnered with the right dealer. Fortunately, I have known the team at Ferris for over a decade and it was a given as to who I was going to trust with selling my cherished 360 Spider. In my humble opinion, a Ferrari transaction involves a number of milestone steps and I will “briefly” describe below how Paul and the team at Ferris exceeded my high expectation in every one of them: • Consultation – for me it took an extended period of time to finally make the decision to sell. Leading up to that point, I had numerous discussions with Paul in order to get his perspective and expert advice on matters such as valuations and the state of the market. Never once did he pressure me into making any commitments, but was patient and freely offered his sound and insightful thoughts on the market, etc. with me. • Decision – due to my specific circumstances, I felt that the right decision was to sell my 360. Given how much I cared for the car and always kept in absolute pristine condition, I presented Paul with a number of conditions that were important to me in the selling process (such as test drives, position in showroom, etc.). Paul was more than understanding and accommodating of the conditions, he respected the reasoning behind them and he ensured that they were met throughout the process. Also, given Paul’s deep knowledge of the market, it was simple to arrive at an asking price which he supported with his own research and input from his industry network and loyal client base of collectors. • Marketing – the marketing of the car was handled exceptionally well and it was clear that much effort was put into the right presentation of the car that was accompanied with factual and accurate descriptions of its condition, originality, etc. • Offers – upfront, Paul and I agreed on parameters on how the process of offers would be handled to ensure that I was not unnecessarily having to deal with opportunistic offers below our agreed threshold. It is the nature of life that there are always going to be people that try their luck and make offers materially below asking price. Paul never bothered me with these and all communication was according to our agreed terms. • Sale – Paul always kept me abreast of developments when I requested this and was never ever pressured into to adjusting the price to fast track the sale. Yes Ferris is in the business of being a specialised car dealership but not for a moment did I ever feel that the interests of Ferris were put ahead of mine. Paul maintained that given the uniqueness of the car, the right buyer would come along and that is exactly what happened. A sale was finally agreed where I truly believe that all parties benefited, and a smooth transaction was concluded.I know that this has been a slightly wordy review but buying or selling a Ferrari is a big step for most people that takes time and where mutual trust is critical for the transaction to be hassle free and without any regrets (so hopefully this has provided some assistance to you).In summary, Paul and his team are the utmost professionals at what they do, they understand the market and its clients and believe that their philosophy is to always be honest, transparent, respectful and exceed the often demanding expectations of all parties.I wish the proud new owner of my 360 all of the very best and am certain that he will have equally glowing praise and appreciation of Paul and his friendly, professional and helpful team at Ferris.Anonymous 15 October 2022
