Customer service at GeeWiz is going down the drain fast Place an order on the 10th and was told there was a delay and items were expected on the 12th It looks like everything arrived on the 12th and there were only 2 items outstanding which were items in stock at GeeWiz directly And yet on the 13th my order still wasn't shipped, I sent an email at 10:24 asking for feedback, which was ignored I then sent a follow up email at 11:28 asking why the order was being held even though the 2 items were in stock at GeeWiz, Miraculously at 11:39 my order was dispatched and ready to ship, only to further be told it would only be collected in the afternoon, making no attempt to get it to me the same week I ordered3 separate weekend projects had to be postponed because GeeWiz has become unreliable and cant do a simple thing like getting me my order the same week it was ordered I dont know how much more time GeeWiz needs to be given, next time I will pay the premium and go to a competitor because it sure as hell cant be as bad as thisSo to recap, order placed on a Tuesday, items expected on Thursday, only shipped on Friday after querying, more than likely will only receive this order on MondayI had such good experiences with GeeWiz back in 2024 where if there was any issue with my order, a real person would email me and explain exactly what happened and when I would expect my order. Now they rather send you an automated email with a vague timeline and make you follow up on your own orders to get them shipped It's sad to see a company that took so much pride in customer service, begin to abandon that philosophy
