Kite View 1 is a Tuscan style holiday home in the Old Witsand narrow cul-de-sac with fantastic unobstructed views of the Breede River estuary and sea. The open-plan living area has a large deck and undercover braai from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea and set over the Breede River. In season late June to November, you can see the whale play in San Sebastian Bay and look at the kite surfers on The Breede River

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom with king size bed and second bedroom contain a double bed. Both bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom contains two single beds and is behind a room divider.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine provided. During winter month there is a lovely wood burning stove that makes the living area warm and cosy. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access are also provided. Full DStv is available .
