Out of Season: Expect a turnaround time of 6 to 24 hours. Perfect for those off-peak times when things are a bit quieter.
In Season: During peak times, our turnaround time extends to 36 hours. We appreciate your patience as we handle a higher volume of laundry.

a year agoWeird encounter with the staff today. Went in the morning to at 10:05am to pick up my laundry which says 10am. I handed them my paper and they told me it wasn’t ready and that they called me to change to 11am (wasn’t true).This was not possible for me as I’m leaving and they asked me if I wanted to take the clothes damp. They take me to the back so I can assess how damp they are in the dryer and realized that those were not my clothes.The staff then scrambled and eventually found my clothes that were already ready. They had simply mixed up the names which was not a big deal. But instead, the staff started berating me for confusing them - and telling me that I was the reason why it was all mixed up. Obviously I wasn’t going to take that so I spoke back which then they gaslighted me and asked me why I’m acting upset.I cannot recommend this place if that’s how they are going to treat their customers and can’t admit to a simple mistake.
