If I could give this place no stars I truly would, 0/5. Their customer service is appalling and their lack of communication is even worse. Feel free to read my review below, but moral of the story, they're unprofessional. Also, don't get their gas! * I took my Alva gas cylinder to them in April to refill and was told they only do exchanges no refills. I willingly gave them my cylinder unaware of how horrible of an experience I would have with them. After a month of using their cheap gas cylinder, it started giving me problems, the knob would not turn and no gas would come out even though the tank would be full. I returned it to them in June and waited 3 weeks for them to give me a resolution! I was told it would be fixed elsewhere and would be told to wait a week, when I arrive I'd get told stories by the male consultant! When I would call two weeks later the number would be on voicemail, ALWAYS! I finally had to go there physically and cause a fit before getting reimbursed with a new cylinder. These people are scammers who take original gas cylinders and exchange them with cheap ones so please be warned.
