We raise our pigs on pasture not just for their meat, but as part of a holistic system that enhances biodiversity and promotes soil health. A healthy soil supports thriving pastures and animals. Our pigs, alongside chickens, root in the soil, eat grasses, and contribute manure, which all benefit the soil’s microbiology.

Our pigs enjoy a varied diet, helping us reduce food going to waste. Instead of going to landfills and producing harmful methane, suitable food scraps are consumed by our pigs and chickens, while the rest is composted. This compost enriches our soil with organic matter and nutrients.

We regularly rotate our pigs to fresh pastures, ensuring they live happy and healthy outdoor lives, while continuously improving soil health.
