a month agoStopped here because we were looking for a place removed from all the hustle of a town. They also allowed our Jack Russel to join us on the outside patio. We had a beef hamburger with chips & salad with a vinegarette. Rounded off the delicious meal with an ice cold Sauvignon Blanc. Nice atmosphere, friendly owner and efficient and friendly server with a sense of humour. Would back again when I'm in the vicinity.

10 months agoWe had breakfast there, Farmer's breakfast, and it was delicious, especially the sausage. A very nice touch is the two small bottles of jam (marmalade and apricot) that accompanied the toast. Also had s slice of lemon meringue tart, lemon flavor was noticeable, very good. Tables on the stoep in the shade, nicely cool. Friendly staff and proprietor. Worthy for more visits.

4 years agoFast and friendly service in a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was really good and well topped off with some of the delicious home made sauces available!! Definitely worth the stop and capping off our weekend on De Rust.

6 years agoRay’s Coffee Shop is a great place to chill and have a mean burger. The breakfasts are traditional with a good selection. Friendly service is a given at all times and the scenery is nostalgic. Wheelchair accessible entrance as well as wheelchair accessible parking. Good for kids and quick service.
