Kiff, lekker bru, howzit, Babelas and Loscop. These are just a few among a string of weird and wonderful colloquial expressions which lie at the very heart of what it means to be South African. Because honestly, we just can’t find better ways to accurately describe the way we feel about life and stuff the way these expressions can.

Silentk was created to fill that sentiment and now offers a full range of quirky proudly South African designs that capture the saffa spirit and tug at the home sick South African heart strings.

“Our aim from the start was to design and print lekker tees and clothing to celebrate the great outdoors and the kiff South African way of life. Inspired not only by a life lived around the braai but the wonderful playground that surrounds our home, with arguably some of the most beatiful beaches and forests and best cycling and hiking routes in the country.”

All their t-shirts are designed and hand printed at their in-house screen printing facilities and sold at the Saturday weekly Mosaic Market in Sedgefield, Old Nicks mid week (Wednesday) market in Plett, Harkville Saturday market and now available all week round at the Colab shop at Market off Main in Plett.
