Smitsand Holiday Home is a self-catering holiday home located in Witsand, a quaint fishing village situated at the mouth of the Breede River, in the Western Cape. It is known for having the highest concentration of Southern Right Whales on the South African coast, and offers 4 km of white sandy beaches, magnificent Cape fynbos, and a myriad of water sports.

The house can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. A single bed is available for a fifth guest on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, a fireplace and a TV with Openview HD channels. Guests are welcome to bring along their DStv decoder and smart card. The house offers off-street parking and has a back garden.

There are rechargeable light bulbs and a gas stove for load shedding. There is a braai area on the patio outside which overlooks farmland.
