The Garden of Aidan is probably best known for award winning Cheesecake, one slice and you will understand why.
Made from cream cheese that is sourced directly from a neighboring farm in Hoekwil, the cows are free roaming and pasture fed, and their milk is antibiotic free.
Aidan’s cheesecakes have been recognized with awards, including “Best Baked Sweet Product” by Eat in 2010 and a special achievement award from the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs (World Gastronomy Association).
Aidan, also makes cheeses, artisan breads, cookies, brownies, and Dulce de leche which is also available for sale at the Wild Oats market on Saturdays.
