The Elevation cafe is situated in the Odyssey Mall in Ballito,which makes the location awesome. The mall is relatively new and it's most outstanding feature is spaciousness . The Elevation coffee shop is very charming and the decor is appealing. Service is fast so I didn't have to wait long to be served. I was in a hurry, so I chose to have a toasted cheese sandwich with basil and pesto sauce and a side of fresh chips, which was the only vegetarian option on the menu. I would have liked my cappucino hotter...it was warm when it got to me,so got cold very quickly. Kudos to them for having almond milk as a non dairy option. The sandwich was tasty, but cold, and the chips were cold as well. Now, when I visit a coffee shop on a cold afternoon, it's usually to warm up, so I was disappointed to say the least. However, what they lacked on the side of the menu and better service, they made up for in the decor and charm of the place. It was also quiet and peaceful. This coffee shop is conveniently located with safe parking right at the entrance, so if you're in a hurry and need a quick cuppa,give them a try ...just don't look forward to hot food or you may just be disappointed .

I come drink a coffee every morning at 7, the coffee is good and the male working here is very friendly. The female working here, is the most arrogant and incompetent person i have ever met at a cafe. This service makes me rethink where to get my morning coffee.

A bacon and chicken wrap arrived with tomato sauce in it! It was not good. The gentlemen that works there is lovely but the ladies are very rude.

Tried to order two different smoothies and they were both not available. Got avo on toast which was half an avo for two pieces of toast, not worth going to unless you just want a simple coffee

Bad service, worse coffee. Felt like I was visiting license department. 2 ladies sitting in the front, cafe completely empty and nobody was even acknowledged me standing right in front of the till. I had to beg at the coffee machine to order a very mediocre cup of coffee. Pity coz location is good and cafe looks nice but that’s what happens with poor management I guess.
