This morning I went to Elevation Cafe as I was awaiting friends that went to the gym. The waitress/cashier recommended the peanut butter smoothie which she claimed is the best. So I ordered this item. It was absolutely terrible. The smoothie tasted sour which was most probably the yogurt that was spoilt. There was an oily aftertaste as well. I complained to the staff about my order and all they could say was,"The smoothies are already prepackaged and made elsewhere". I paid R65 for this terrible spoiled drink and was not even reimbursed or offered another drink. The customer service was so terrible that I just asked the lady to take the smoothie away and I left the store. It seems as though good customer service is not taught to staff anymore. I'm very disappointed by this... I will never recommend this place to anyone ever due to this.

Had a delicious morning cappuccino! Staff were super friendly, awesome atmosphere. However this is my personal preference but I'd love for this store to have more real plants than artificial. Otherwise love what they've done with the place. Well done!

Im very happy with the breakfast bun from your store, you can tell that you guys take pride in the way you prepare a meal. You can always judge a business by the quantity and quality of their chips .... Love it. And the guy with muscles :) that makes our coffee is very pleasant. keep up the great work guys. Will be back soon!!!!!!

Was meant to get a Gym Bunny Salad with Chickpeas and ordered as a takeaway. Only to get home and see they had given me completely the wrong order — a plain salad with Chicken (which I purely requested no chicken due to me being a vegetarian). What an absolute let down and waste of money!!

Avo was hard as rock, eggs were dry - breakfast was inedible. Spoke to manager and was hit with a “supplier” excuse, didn’t offer to take it back or fix it. Barely ate half the meal and asked for the bill. Terrible, won’t be back.
