The problem was sorted out by Jannie of their 3D division immediately and I received a new part the next day and I am in Cape Town. Very impressive service.. I wish all companies provided such a service..

Whether it’s shipping, drive-through collection, or in-store collection – everything is always fast, efficient, effective, and friendly.What I really appreciate is the constant communication. You always know exactly what’s happening with your order – if something is out of stock, they let you know immediately, and if it’s coming from their warehouse, it usually only takes 3 days max. On top of that, their prices are some of the best around!Geewiz truly sets the standard for customer service and reliability. in the last weekI was able to pay with Bitcoin, which was cool. After the handover to the delivery service the package got lost. The Geewiz team was very helpful and when it couldn't be found they shipped a new package within a day.
