Can't say that I am impressed with the attitude of the owner. Called him to go and assist my mother and he made her feel very threatend and inferior with his his tone, attitude and rudeness. Where do you get off threatening a women like that, just because she did not understand the gas water heater.

It is upsetting when you hear that the owner is not in control of his own emotions while doing his job at a client. The owner's attitude, stance and behaviour towards clients while under pressure is unacceptable and unprofessional and I would suggest anger management class to properly service his clients.
