Oysters are harvested with legal permits form the ocean ensuring that Cape Oysters supplies only the best fresh wild oysters. The Oysters harvested are from the specie Streostrea Margaretacea – also known as Common Rock Oysters. Harvesting is done in sustainable and eco-friendly manor.
Cape Oysters are legal Oyster Harvesters and distributers in the Garden Route. Oysters can be distributed though out South Africa. All Oysters are live, none frozen and can live without water for up to 1 week in 12 -15 degrees.

3 months agoReally dodgy cafe with oyster dams at the back of what looks like an appliance graveyard. Despite first appearance you have never had fresher oysters at a better price unless you harvested it yourself.

2 years agoFresh from the ocean and the price is most reasonable. Cape Oysters adds significantly to the quality of Kleinbrak. I have been serving oysters to guests at Sababa Holiday Home in Klein-Brakrivierstrand since 2011 and not once had I been dissatisfied.
