3 months agoWhile doing a tour of the museum on the opposite side of the street, we dropped in for a quick cup of coffee. The atmosphere under the large oak trees was so pleasant, that we spent almost an hour there. The service was quick and very friendly and the coffee superb. We didn't have time to stay for lunch but will definitely do so next time. An excellent restaurant in a beautiful setting!

3 months agoA beautiful restaurant with excellent food ! We cam here for lunch and the atmosphere was very chilled and welcoming. The location is so calm to have food. Really loved their salad and pasta. Highly recommended place in Swellendam !

4 months agoA charming place to eat in Swellendam with a lot of history and heart. Excellent food (fully customizable) & service. The owner was very friendly and came to sit with us for a time.

2 months agoThe menu states breakfast is served until 12:00, but when we tried to order at 11:50, we were told it ended at 11:45. Staff were unwilling to assist and suggested we order from the lunch menu, which only offered a bacon, egg, and cheese toasted sandwich—a poor substitute for the breakfast options. Clearer communication and adhering to the times stated on the menu would greatly improve the experience.
