The Commonage coffee shop is one of our most favorite coffee shops in the world. The coffee is every time so good and the vibe is lively and it feels like home away from home. The owners Ross and Karen is super hosts and all the other staff very friendly. And little Evie, the owners little girl is our very favourote host. Fantastic chilled-out gem with a homely, earthy vibe, away from the "traffic" of the Spar area. Had a cortado & flat white, both of which were so good we came back for more. Cool merch too. Another cool thing is, you get a view of the ocean waves in the distance while sipping your coffee on your stool outside, meanwhile smelling the lavender from the generous bush next door.

For all the other creative coffee enthusiasts out there - if you are looking for great coffee, The Commonage is a must visit! We enjoyed a peacan nut tartlet with our fabulous flat whites whilst enjoying the green views. We were privileged enough to chat to the barista and one of the pioneers of this pretty place - Ross. Such a great guy who made us feel so welcome. You will also find some fantastic art, prints and T-shirts inside as both him and his wife are creatives and love creating together! What a team and absolutely terrific place for a coffee stop!
