Like most coffee spots the busyness and level of conversation differs by day and time, and in Jeffreys Bay, season. But it is impossible not to experience the peace and welcome in this space.It's the only place in JBay where I actually enjoy the coffee as it should be enjoyed. Slowly. Breathing in the aroma. It's excellent. The food is delicious and definitely value for money. It's also not your standard fare.This space and is offerings are a delight. You can't go wrong.

Great coffee and simple, delicious food. A fantastic coffee and breakfast stop in Jeffrey's Bay.They serve the best toasted cheese sandwich I've ever tasted. It's made with ciabatta bread and topped with feta and balsamic vinaigrette. Absolutely superb.They have great coffee with a wide variety of plant-based milks available. They roast their own beans and this means the coffee is always fresh.The menu is small but everything on it is well priced and seems delicious.They have a wide variety of other goods for sale such as local art and crafts items. They also sell their own beans.This has become our favourite coffee stop in Jeffrey's Bay.

If you want to feel at home and refreshed at the same time, do yourself a favour and make a turn! The service is great, the coffee is absolutely first class and the food is great! Well done First Light team

What a lovely coffee bar! I loved the layout of the place! It is neat, cozy and very inviting and the friendly staff, great iced coffee and warm atmosphere will definitely be my reason for going back again and again!
